Emergency Communities

Katrina: One Year Later
To sustain the efforts of Emergency Communities, and to return our
collective attention to the still-suffering Gulf Coast, the Katrina: One
Year Later (KOYL) Benefit will be held on Thursday, September 14 at 7 p.m.
at Exploris Museum in downtown Raleigh. The event will feature a silent
auction; food, wine and beer provided by Triangle restaurants; and live
music. Tickets are $25 in advance, and $35 at the door. All proceeds will
benefit Emergency Communities' grassroots relief kitchens.
